RAWCS provides accessible and effective channels for complaints to encourage accountability and continuous improvement. If you have experienced anything that falls short of these standards in your interactions with RAWCS, we welcome you to submit a confidential complaint.

For serious concerns related to misconduct, unethical behavior, or breaches of policy, RAWCS offers a dedicated whistle blower process to ensure secure and confidential reporting. Our RAWCS Whistleblowing Policy & Procedure protects those who report from identification or retaliation.
A report can be made orally or in writing (delivered, mailed or emailed) to the Whistleblower Protection Officer – complaints@rawcs.org.au
